1. Navigate to where you want to be on the Interactive Map.
2. Use the Zoom In
tool or the Enter Scale feature from the Toolbar to get below a 1:40000 scale on the Interactive Map.
3. From the Legend locate the Air Photography (CIR) 2002 layer
. Make this layer visible by checking the box to the left of the layer name.
4. Click the Redraw Map button and the new layer will appear on the Interactive Map. (If you zoom out above a 1:40000 scale, the Air Photography 2002 layer will not be visible on the Interactive Map and the layer will not be visible until you zoom in again below that scale.)
5. If the Air Photography still does not appear on your map, make sure that another Air Photography layer in the Legend is not turned on and drawing on top of the layer. As a rule, a more recent Air Photography layer will draw on top of a less recent Air Photography layer on any interactive map. For example, the Air Photography (NAIP) 2004 layer will draw on top of the Air Photography (CIR) 2002 layer.
